Lychee Mojito

This lychee mojito is the perfect refresher for a hot summer day and can be served either as a mocktail or prepared with white rum and Lychee Liqueur from the Coast's Tomarata Orchard.


  • 3 fresh mint sprigs
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 30mls white rum
  • 30mls Tomarata Lychee Liqueur
  • 3 lychees
  • Soda Water


Combine mint, sugar, lime juice, rum and Tomarata Lychee Liqueur in a tall glass then simply top up with soda water!
Garnish with fresh mint and lychees.
