Maggie Beer's Macadamia Nuts in Macadamia Oil and Rosemary

  • 24 fresh raw macadamias
  • 3 tablespoons Nutworks macadamia oil
  • 3 tablespoon stripped rosemary leaves
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt flakes


  1. Toss all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Place frying pan over high heat (pan must be hot before you add the macadamias).
  3. Saute in two batches (so you don’t crowd the pan) until the rosemary is cooked and macadamias warm (approximately 3 minutes).
  4. Eat immediately with a glass of wine.
